What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will explain our services over the phone and then come out and assess the damage. At that time, we inform the customer on what needs to take place to get their property back to its original state.

We have worked with all types of customers. Typically when people call us they are unhappy because of damage that has happened to their property and we offer compassion and knowledge.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There was a fire in a two-story home and several windows were broken and the roof had quite a few holes in it from the fire and fire department. My teams were able to do emergency securing of the property within two hours protect the home from further damage before we started the job.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire a company that is local and hire a company that is not a franchise. In doing so, you’re doing the best things for you and your property.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
For the most part, all restoration companies do the same type of work. Some companies do it a little better than others. Some companies care more than others and pay closer attention. Don’t hire A company just because they sell you, hire them because you feel like they are the best company to spend several days to several weeks with in your home.
