What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off with introducing myself and getting their contact information and information on the project they have at hand. Then I will set up a day to me to go out to assist the project area to get accurate measurements for an accurate quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for an independent contractor in the past for 3 years that has prepared me to be able to communicate with my clients and to deal with different situations in the construction industry.
How did you get started in this business?
I started this business in 2022 being that I wanted to branch off and start my own business with the dream and goal of making people's dream project come to life from a bathroom remodel to a single crown molding job my dream as a business owner is to put my clients at my highest priority.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The clients I have worked for have high expectations.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would ask if there will have to be a deposit to start the project and ask how much the deposit is and be sure to ask if they will make a contact that will displays all the information details for the reason of deposit that is needed.
I would ask how long have you been doing your profession.
I would ask on how they start their process for the demolition procedure.
