What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with your new customer basically just talking to them and setting a date up where I could go out and do measuring or if they already have their measurements we can proceed to giving an estimate
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been around the industry for about 6-7 years now my older brother is actually all are the ones that got me into the industry and they helped me out a lot.
