Not finished & hounded about money every day!
I have had great trouble with Custom Designs LLC finishing the job- its been about 20 days and they still havent finished the area- which is 2 rooms in the basement! He will not contact me back to put in the transition pieces in the 3 doorways. In addition - I told him up front that I couldnt pay the final payment until the following Friday (about a week apart) and he assured me that this was ok. He then badgered me every single day (multiple times a day via phone call and text) to pay him via Venmo or another cash app. When that Friday came- he came up in the morning got the final payment. After that last payment he will not contact me back to finish the transition pieces. Flooring looks pretty good, but the edges are unfinished and sloppy and transitions are obviously horrible. I would not recommend him at all.
