What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I get to meet new customers after they have reached out to me about needing some flooring installed and I go to their home to take measurements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been installing carpet for over 20 years and LVP for about 5 yrs. Like a good friend once told me.. "a floors not worth installing if it ain't installed right".
