Pro.com
About
Pro.com is new kind of residential general contractor. We are on a mission to change our industry by combining not only the necessary decades of construction experience our staff brings but also a customer centric, numbers driven, tech savvy set of processes to create a better construction experience for our customers.
Pro takes the time to listen to every customer. When we get it right, we like to re-inforce those lessons with our team. When we get it wrong, we dig in and find out what happened, why it happened and what we can do to make sure it never happens again. We measure everything - and our primary goal is to make our customers pleased with the cost, time and quality of our work.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pro.com will have one our sales staff get on call with you to understand if we are a good fit for your project. If we are, we will then send one of our project coordinators to your home or the site to discuss ideas and goals, take measurements and photos and accept plans if you have them. If you don't we'll talk to you about our design services. From there our team of estimators will review the information and create a detailed quote using our proprietary databased. We will then review our quote with you, make changes and adjustments as you require. If you decide to move ahead with us - which we hope you will - then we begin the more detailed process of sourcing materials, subcontractors and all the paperwork for getting permits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of experienced project managers and trades people as well as technologists, process engineers and most importantly, customer experience managers working to understand every aspect of your journey through the home remodeling or construction process.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No, we custom size every job to every customer's needs and budget.
How did you get started in this business?
Pro.com was founded by a team of former Amazonians whose families came from the construction industry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We typically have nearly 200 jobs going at any time. Our typical customer is one whom is seeking to build a custom home or addition or is looking to make a major remodel to their kitchen, bathroom or home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the quotes you get are not just back of the envelope - all to often we find GCs who make promises of costs, but then pass along overages and unexpected costs that should have been known from day one. We don't do that. Make sure your contractor is bonded, insured and licensed. If they aren't you could be held liable for any issues that come up on your property - and in some cases, may lose you home owners insurance in the worst situation.
