What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Bidding process:
Meet with COO or CFO and discuss project details
Bidding team provides: bid, contract for work, payment terms, scope of work and confirmation of specifications
Once hired:
Job is scheduled and crew is dispatched
Work performed to customer's specifications as agreed
Change orders are managed on a case by case basis and are agreed upon prior to changes being made to contract or scope.
Payment is provided at the completion of the job (occasionally, intermittent payments are required depending on the size and scope of the job)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of experience in construction management and concrete services. Completion of over 50 custom homes completed. Union trained crews and certified project managers on staff to assist with all of your project needs.
