What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Show them a little of our work, after that we inspect the roof any damages. If for some reason water is leaking through the roof, we provide a tarp to prevent further damages to the interior. Next we help you file an insurance claim and we help represent you when your adjuster shows up to inspect the roof. Once it’s all finished we go over the report the adjuster sends to make sure everything is there that’s needed, and we start the roof.
