What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss what services they need done for their project. The next step would be to go over the job site and discuss in person what will need to be done and give the customer a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for almost 30 years and have gained the necessary skills needed to finish projects with results that demonstrate my dedication to the trade.

My standard pricing for my services depends on the size of the project as well as including the cost of the materials that will be used.
How did you get started in this business?
I started in my early twenties working in different areas of construction until I finally found my speciality in cement focused projects. Since then I have shifted from working in big projects to small to medium projects focused around driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, etc.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked as a subcontractor for various construction companies as well as doing work for homeowners or business owners.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event I am fond of is finishing a project where we had to create a ramp for wheelchair users at a shopping center. It made me happy to see the ramp fixed and completed to give easy access to wheelchair users.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
That our services are priced according to our experience and how we leave the job finished without any mistakes. Yes the cost may be expensive but it is because we provide great results that last a long time.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should ask what they recommend for the project to come out successful such as products used and the best techniques to ensure the finished products lasts.
