What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Make sure they provide info about the size of house meaning if its single story or 2 story property and if theres access to the roof from the front of the house without going throught the back and if needed to go to the back of the house is there any dogs or animals we should be aware of, also if theres any leaks present.
