We use engineering and architectural principles in our custom homes, remodeling, roofing, etc., to ensure structural integrity and longevity through the use of quality materials and enhancing the curb appeal of the home by combining colors and materials for a dramatic and aesthetic effect. A tan house with a tan roof is not dramatic. We allay the fear of dark-shingled roofs by installing ridge vents and we always use colored flashing and contrasting colors on the fascia. Also, we often provide (our) materials and supply sources to our clients to lower the overall out-of-pocket costs to them.
