Generally we always request a time and date that the client would be available so that we could meet and discuss their project. If possible before hand we would encourage them to send any files or insight to us to be able to have a plan for propisition at the meeting.

We have been in this line of work for more than 25 years.

Had the privelage of working for another company many years ago where I became fond of the work and inspired me to grow within the business of construction.  

I have had the honor to be of service for many individuals to construct  their dream homes, or businesses. Extremily detail orrientated people to uncertain individuals whom are confused with their ideas and wishes. We pride in being able to successfully achieve each situation and goal.

I will always inform potential clients or even former clients of all of their options to best achieve their goals financially and all in all outlook without any hidden surprises because although you may be quote for the general service, in construction not everything goes as planned. Unfortunetly that is when a increase of financing is required and the client becomes buried in a situation where they had no fair warning. We go step by step with you in what needs to be done, can happen, and or increase or succeed your expectations within your budget and time. That, is the best advice we could give aside from making sure all work is gauranteed and written in contract to protect all parties.

If possible to hve a pretty clear idea of what they want, and ask what they would NEED to achieve their goal. Sometimes people will quote on a basic service detail but fail to mention any kind of unexpected outcomes.
