We are NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. We hold cerificiations and training certificates in odor removal, radon gas systems and crawl space water proofing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer can call us at 615-256-7447 or 615-790-3277 or thru our website at www.steamatictn.com. Once we find out what their concers and needs are we contact them immediately, work out the details and pricing and get them in the schedule. We explain them how the job will be done...ie truck mounted unit, hot water extraction, for carpet cleaning or we schedule a free inhome estimate for air duct cleaning, mold remodiation or crawl space water proofing/encapsulation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Institute of Inspection Cleaning, Restoration Certification in: Carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning, mold remediation, water and fire restoration
National Air Duct Cleaning Association for air duct and dryer vent cleaning
