What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
OAPS is a small business that takes pride in giving each client & project the personal attention it deserves. We understand that time is valuable and people are busy with life, other obligations, and priorities. We always try to keep our initial free estimate meeting to no more than and hour, from arrival to departure. OAPS will spend the majority of that time LISTENING to the client's vision for the project. Addressing any concerns a client may have, and ultimately, reaching the goal we are striving to achieve. Keeping the lines of communication open from start to finish!
OAPS Will discuss which options are available to your specific project and clients budget. Providing complete transparency when it comes to all aspects of the project including cost (materials, products, labor, etc) and time frame for completion.
