What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make the flooring installation process as quick and easy for all of our customers. With one phone call, we can have a design professional assist with your desired flooring, email or text over some samples for quick convenience, or can drop off for face to face choices. Within a day or two we will have a crew over to your home or office for final installation and customer satisfaction Guarenteed!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With every employee, we provide all proper training and certifications in OSHA regulations. Weekly staff meetings to update our crews in all subjects from customer interatction, to delicate home care and service and up-to-date training with new material and tools in the flooring industry to ensure the best possible client experience and quick and beauitful flooring installation.
