Costa Construction

My name is John Costa.

I started Costa Construction in 1992. In 2002, with a growing reputation for quality workmanship, a booming business, doubled sales and a new son, John IV, I incorporated my business under an expanded name, Costa Construction & Son, L.L.C.

The firm's main focus is full-service contracting; to assist the customer in dealing with all aspects of the project. When a project is launched, Costa Construction & Son relieves customer worries over municipal "red tape" by obtaining all permits and variances required. When needed, the firm also provides and manages the work of its own list of highly skilled, fully licensed subcontractors for plumbing, electrical and other specialty services.

Each step of the way, the customer is kept fully informed of progress. What's more, Costa Construction & Son keeps the worksite clean before leaving everyday as the worksite is your home.

Our goal for each and every customer: An accurate price quote followed by high-quality workmanship and service and on-time completion that eases customer concerns about home construction projects.

The best part of my job is seeing the beautiful transformation and seeing the customer happy and smiling.
