Kortek Estimating Solutions main goal is to help homeowners navigate their construction project from start to finish by assembling the proper team of design & build professionals for a smooth and seamless experience.

My name is Josh Bonenfant. I've been in the construction industry for almost a decade now. I started off wearing a hardhat and tool belt each day, and transitioned into construction operations, learning how to manage and estimate large scale construction projects. In 2021, I started my own company with a goal of trying to fix the common shortfalls most homeowners experience when hiring a general contractor or builder for their project.

Far too often throughout my construction career I've heard the same horror stories from homeowners. The builder they hired wasn't qualified, permits were not pulled, construction was not completed to expectations, project went well over budget etc. All of this is entirely preventable if the construction process is started correctly from the beginning.

At Kortek, we know that if you begin your building or renovation project with the right design professionals, you’ll experience a smoother building process and avoid costly mistakes. Our approach is simple. We facilitate the completion of the required documents, in the proper order, while advising and advocating on the homeowners behalf. Site surveying, architectural plans, civil engineer plans etc., are all items completed utilizing our trusted partners within our network. Once plans are fully developed, we estimate the entire project, source the appropriate builder, and then advocate and advise on homeowner behalf throughout the duration of construction. You’ll finish with a project that fulfills your goals, your needs, and your vision.
