What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, phone call to get more info/details about their project.

Then a site visit to inspect and take pictures and a video of the roof that we will share with the customer so they can see exactly what is going on with their roof.

After that, a proposal will be made and work will commence.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are GAF Certified Contractors, meaning we have intense factory training, we install all our roofs according to manufacturer's specifications and that allow us to offer extended Warranties backed directly by GAF.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All kind of customers, residential, commercial, real estate investors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Hire a local, reputable company, even if you don't hire us, please hire local, I can't stress this enough, specially after a storm. I can't tell you how many horror stories we hear from our customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Definitively questions regarding accesories and upgrades, all roofs are different so the accesories and upgrades are different too, sometimes what applies to you r neighbor's roof, won't apply to yours, so you don't have to spend money on something that is not going to work on your roof.

Make sure the person you are talking to knows what he/she is talking about and not just trying to sell you stuff.
