What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain the process in detail. Tips on future lawn matainace. I Listen to the customer, find out their concerns, and problem solve with them. I try to find a solution that is both low on cost and practical. I give our customers tips on future lawn care and other maintenance that may be required. We are also expanding to all outdoor property maintenance. Includes but not limited to concrete, privacy fences , retaining walls, roof repair, demolition, tree & shrub (pruning, removal &/or planting) and our favorite Snow Removal. Just would like to thank everyone who takes the time to read this. Whether or not you hire our service we know your time is valuable and we will not waist it.

We have competitive pricing. I really like meeting with our members of happy home & buisness owners first before we talk about money. We believe in get to know our people & finding out what there goals are, what kinda budget they would like to invest. It's just not fair to throw out numbers untill we know if there looking for economical, affordable or go over the top and spare no expense. So after a brife meeting we can take measurements and crunch the numbers and find a package to fit the budget. For people that want a quick quote, with our team of experts we will try and give you the best ball park figure off the top of our heads.
How did you get started in this business?
My beloved Mother. I learned at a young age how to use all most every tool from my uncle "Ski" . There is not anything that man can not fix. From there on the job training and when I entered the union to work is where the classes and the paperwork took place.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Just about everyone from senior citizens ( our favorite members) on a tight budget to multi millionaires. And everyone in between.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The "Minneapolis Miracle"! Vikings beating the Saints in the play offs.2017 Our MN. Vikings and the Diggs catch. I still get teary eyed everytime I see it..
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
A good job is not cheap and a cheap job is not good.
