What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the Pool industry, each pool build is unique and requires a specific set of solutions. I help my clients create an ideal out door living environment that the adults and kids would love for a long time to come.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years in the pool industry and have built pools for multiple pool builders and found that time frames needed to be properly explained and open communication is a big part of keeping my clients happy. You will not find a better company to build a relationship through out your pool build.

I keep my clients’ best interests in mind. We start by conducting a thorough budget analysis, and design a pool that fit the clients needs and exceeded expectations.

I provide all the tools, guidance, and support my clients need to succeed in making the pool of their dreams a reality. The clients I have worked with range from introductory to extravagant. My team and I build budget friendly to resort style pools.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My clients always make it more fun if not challenging, from taking an as seen on tv idea to building it. My team and I are always intrigued at what clients fall in love with for their project. There is nothing we haven't seen or built.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The one thing I advice my clients is to scale the pool build. This makes budgeting and the project so much more efficient and effective when it comes to timeliness and overall satisfaction.
