What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
BOA is General Contractor who can provide modern supplies and accurate materials to fit your home. BOA provides materials for customers rather than customer provides.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BOA has licensed general Contractor home building with lumber and Steel or truss wood, and General renovation either old and new housing up to 7 floors and commercials

BOA provided separation price from sub-contractors that customers can pay separately to sub-contractors that we provided you without our commission, a General Contractor will not earn profitable commission from customers with any sub-contractors.
How did you get started in this business?
I was the first builder a house in Wakefield 14 rooms in 1980. Following footstep from family generation, I went to my own
What types of customers have you worked with?
Any type of customers, I grew up all my life in Massachusetts. I have some hearing problem (hearing loss) but speak very well and sharing smoothly with customers of my best trust. I refused to inquire leaking any more price from fixed contract cost. I do accept to cover any cost to the unforeseen projects.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice is for all customer to avoid any pros that would milk your restricted budget under unforeseen projects.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Proper documents include plot plan and surrounding neighborhood obstruction the job actives.
