What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an at home site visit to measure and discuss the client's needs and vision for the particular project. Then we provide them with a very detailed e-estimate via email or text. Once the client decides we move forward, the estimate becomes a contract and is signed. Copy is given to both parties and a timeline is set for the project. A deposit is required before beginning of job and the rest at the end, may require partial payments if job exceeds labor and material costs.
