What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls, texts, or emails us. We discuss project and setup a time to come out for free to view their project. We come out, view the project, and discuss problems found with the customer. Customer decides wheter to hire us or not. If customer hires us, we complete project that day or whatever day that's agreed upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dad and Son both have well over 30 years roofing experience on most types of residential/commercial roofs and gutters.
