What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Save money on construction costs (which are 90-95% of total costs). Saving money on architecture and engineering is a false economy. The better the plans, the less expensive that 90-95% portion is. That is where the real saving occur. You cannot save on both, the 5-10% versus the 90-95% cost.
