I always worry when hiring someone for the 1st time. But how many times do you have roof problems through out the years? But these people did come recommended. So that did help a tad in deciding to go along with them. We had a leak in the main house. So that was priority. But we thought we should replace the roof on the guest house also at this time since the roof had already gone past the recommended time before replacing. They did what they promised on both parts of the job. I would highly recommend Arellano's. And I'm very happy they were recommended to me. What goes around comes around as they say, but in a good way this time.

They stared when they said they'd start, They cleaned up very well. But the best part? No more leak. Yippy!!! Really though they said they could fix the damage inside also, besides repairing the roof. So we figured we would try them out since we already hired them to do the roof. They had fixed the ceiling damage. Just like new. Would definitely recommend them, very happy with all the results.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After seeing what the customer needs, or is interested in. We would then inspect the roof, and then give them the options that they would need to give some thought to. Be it just a repair or replacement. We would give our suggestions and walk the client through the pros and cons of every possible scenerio. If they decided their best choice, we would proceed to give them an estimate which hopefully for us and our possible customer would turn out to be a contract.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The school of hard knocks. We have worked ourselves up from the bottom of this business to the experience of professionals that we are today. And know every aspect of all the possible ups and downs of this business and the craftsmanship envolved.
