Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Visit the site and get familiar with the scope of work as well as provide to the client our capabilities and past experiences
2. Depending on clients needs we proceed with an estimate based on the scope of work. The proposal is detailed and includes terms and conditions . That may or may not include preparing the construction documents. We are "one stop shop" for all building needs .
3. Client reviews our written proposal and may want to discus it with us.
4. Upon approval we generate a contract . Otherwise we thank the client for the opportunity and depart in hope of future business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have Master Degree in Economics and hold State of Florida Certified General Contracting License since 2006. Prior had a Builders License for Michigan (1998-2006) and had been in building industry since 1991. My team members have PE degree, Architect license and Interior Design license.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is no standard pricing as the job conditions vary from one project to another. We are confident that our establishment provides the best value for any dollars spent from our costumers.
How did you get started in this business?
The passion for building and design led me to start this business in NYC where we worked with the best there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of projects - residential (single and multi ) , comercial, medical,hospitality/restaurants and senior living facilities. We do not discrimate based on gender, political or religious affiliations and/or sexual orientations. All colors and ethnic backgrounds are treated equally and with outmost respect.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
In 1997 we renovated at cost in NY (Newbourgh) a very old church and got the praise of all members of the parish including Farther Bill. Their blessing have enhanced our ability to help when we can and work with clients who are in tight budget to finding creative ways to still deliver their "wish list" within their budget.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hiring a pro means hiring a licensed pro who has to undergo the scrutiny of Building Officials . Their price may not be the "cheapest" one out there. "Cheap" price in construction means cheap results so I advise seeking "fair price" instead from pro(s) who can demonstrate to you at least 10 satisfied costumers for anyone in business 3 years or older . Before hiring consider many elements associated with the contract - It is always good to compare apples to apples. Also be aware of "sweet talk" sales personas they are not doing the job. Also internet review are not always the measure of ones ability so hiring is a complex process that requires some effort and due diligence .
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Performance, experience, fair market price.
