What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit the customer, ask questions about the job. do a customer profile, likes , dislikes what do they expect to get from the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we are a license GC with over 25 years experience in construction work, from stucco to pianting. Tile work, roofing and everything in between

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advise would be look carefully at the contractor, fst talking and too cheap is not the way, you get what you pay for. We are proud to bring to the customer design ideas and walk them through the prosses. Most contractors are not designers, so, your left to do what ever you think will work. Thats not the way tom go.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
the size of the project and develop a budget
