Hi, I’m Jeffery, founder of Elevate Vanguard General Contracting. My goal is simple: deliver reliable, high-quality work with honest communication from start to finish. Whether we’re maintaining your lawn, removing trees, installing insulation, coordinating HVAC work, or handling larger property improvement projects, we treat every home with professionalism and respect. We show up when we say we will, keep you informed throughout the project, and stand behind our work. Our mission is to earn your trust through exceptional service, attention to detail, and results you’ll be proud of long after the job is complete.

We let our A+ rating speak for itself. You can expect professional workmanship, respect, timely communication and on time performance. Making sure our client is glad they contracted with Amercan Home.

I used to work doind this kind of job, there was a time that I had 8 employees, I left it several years ago, looking for other proyects, but I like to start again.

It stands out due to our effort in finishing on time knowing and letting the customer know that they come first. "The first job is the last job" we will be on the job until it's done right!! We also have programs that cost efficient for all clients to fit their budget. The freedom and being outside. I also Love the creation point showing something from nothing into something.

We would like to take care of your lawnyard by cutting, edging; to keep a nice view of your home.!😎
