Mark Olson, an equestrian, is passionate about developing equestrian failities.
Mark only works with Architects, and is versed in all types of Architectural styles. His last home was a Modern Farm House, and currently building a Tradiional Lakefront home, 8k sq.ft. We just finished an Historical Renovation. So all types of Architecture, of the highest quality.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Olson Dev LLC only works with Architects on Residential Construction projects. We assess if you have your own Architect, or if you would like some guidance in choosing an Architect, tht fits your style, your budget and most importantly, fits your personality.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 1984 Mark Olson has worked with the best Architects in Fairfield County.

Custom homes all have different products spec'd by the Architects. We know the market prices on everything, and we are effecient, and cost effective.
How did you get started in this business?
Mark started out developing subdivisions in his 20's, and his passion for building has developed to architectural, high-end building.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do not disclose any details about our customers. The only thing we will mention is that our customers all appreciate, high-end Architectural features and products.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you see their work, and get references.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have a good idea of what you like and provide a realistic budget so everyone stays on track.
