What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us we will gather all your information and address any concerns you may have about your roof. We will then set an appointment to come out and give you a free estimate. Our team takes pictures and explains everything in detail so that you, the homeowner, can understand what needs to be done and why. After that we get the estimate together and break down everything that needs to be done and the pricing, we are completely transparent so that you know exactly what you are paying for. We want you to feel completely comfortable when hiring our company. After the estimate, if there are any questions about the estimate-we are happy to answer any questions or concerns! Finally, we set a date to start your project!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our roofers have been roofing for 25 plus years. We make sure to stay updated on all the newest materials and tools available so that we use only the best!

We price based on what needs to be done to complete the project efficiently. We are very competitive with our pricing and we strive to be the most conservative on prices in the industry. Becuase we are a small, family owned business; we are able to keep our prices low!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We recommend that you meet and listen to what each pro has to say about your project. Then, it is very important that you hire someone that you feel comfortable with. You want to hire someone who is not in a hurry and is happy to show pictures of your roof and answer all your questions.
