How did you get started in this business?
My Custom Build started in 2020 to give Denver-area homeowners quality outdoor work: concrete, sod, fences, irrigation, and decks, done right the first time.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly homeowners across the Denver metro, plus some commercial properties: driveway replacements, patios, new yards, fences, and sprinkler systems.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently replaced a cracked driveway with a clean broom finish and proper drainage. The homeowner was thrilled and called us back for more work.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get a written bid, ask about warranties, and check reviews. We back our work with a 120-day warranty on sod installs and a 3-year warranty on fences.

Your budget range, timeline, the approximate size of the area, and whether you want design help or already have a plan in mind.
