What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start by doing a free estimate of the repairs that are in need. If it turns out that it needs to filed as an insurance claim, we will even help set up the claim process for you; literally handling the claim from day one. We then submit a bid for the repairs, (if not an insurance claim) or review the insurance claim to ensure everything has been covered.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 30 years of general contracting experience with licensing and training certifications to prove our value to our customers.
