What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick phone call gets us the information needed to make a desision on how to proceed. We do both Commercial and Residential from ground up to additions and remodles.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
It really depends project to project. We have built homes from $150 to $600 a square foot. Commercial work tends to be a little more due to the public.
How did you get started in this business?
The summer of 1985 my older brother said one of his contractor buddies needed laborers just down the street from our house. I loved it from the first day, and I was good at it. 13 years later a electrical contractor came to me and said, Bill you need to go get your contractors licence. I replied... Im to young. He pointed out the job I just completed for $800,000 for PM Entertainment's new building. 4 months later I was a Licenced General Contractor. The love for construction has not withered one bit.

The people of this earth realizing, coming from love is a much easier way to treat eachother. I say this because Im seeing it more than ever in my life.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you do your homework. Check the licence, insuranse and more important.... Refferal's. Ask if you can see there current project'(s) and speak with there current client's.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Same as above.
