What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will go out and take a look at the job site and then come up with a scope of work. We put together a contract and then email it out to the customer

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have held a C-12 License for 30 years and have completed over 7,500 asphalt and concrete projects to date.  I am a paid industry expert in my field of expertise

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Each job comes with its own issues and our quotes are based upon square footage and other factors such as travel time, size of the project and man hours needed to complete the project.  It is always good for the contractor to visit the site to see the work that needs to be done before committing to a set price.

How did you get started in this business?

I started working with my father while I was in college and decided to follow in his footsteps. I am the second generation to own a paving company in the family and have been in business for 30 years. We/I take much pride in the quality of work that we provide to our customers, many of who we have serviced for over 25 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Property management companies

Yoshinoya Of America

Taco Bell/KFC

El Torito Restaurants/Real Mex Foods

Commercial and residential projects

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure that the contractor is Licensed and that they carry General Liability Ins as well as workers Comp Ins   Have the contractor add you as an additional insured to the project, that way you are protected against any possible lawsuits
