What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to meet the needs of a new client, it's imperative that we understand their needs, timeline, and budget for their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed through the CSLB, bonded, and carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. With are a family-oriented company that brings over 40 years of experience in building high end custom homes, home additions, outdoor living spaces, and more. We take pride and care in our work, and always emphasize safe working practices for our employees.

Pricing is unique to each project and client. There are a wide range of variables that play a role in determining the price for a job.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
A good starting point for prospective clients is to understand what they are wanting to accomplish for their vision of the project, and whether or not they have an appropriate budget in mind. This ultimately helps us determine weather or not their project is feasible within that budget. There are always options to consider as far as tastes, preferences, quality of materials and workmanship. We work closely with you to consider alternatives for cost savings when it comes to pricing out a job.
