What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is first go out and meet with the homeowner and review the plan for their home. Once we come to an agreement on product and price we get everything in writing and move forward with ordering materials and the start of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I myself have 20 years of remodeling and construction experience. I hold osha certification as well as being certified with many of the materials companies for the correct installation process for the materials they sell.

Not really because each kid is different.
How did you get started in this business?
Well when I was in middle school a guy in my neighborhood owned several rental properties and hired me to work in the afternoon and weekends.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with your standard home owners all the way to large investors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Wallzone is currently working on a full remodeling project of a 16 unit apartment building. All the way from the framing to the vinyl siding.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Customer should always hire a contractor who is licensed and has references of past customers.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customer should always decide on something that their 100 percent happy with. As far as colors, what outcome their looking for and what budget that they wanna stay with.
