We have been serving our customers in the area since 1980. We are family owned. We have been named number one in the are by Komo TV 4, Angies list award, Best of Kitsap Award, #1 in the area by Check Book Magazine. We have the newest state of thge art machinery on the market today and in the area. Removing pet urine from the pad is one of our specialities. We also clean area rugs, furniture, rv's, and tile and grout. Our prices include prespray, normal spotting, and cleaning. There is no tax as we are a service and not taxed by the state. We price by the sq ft. We have been doing this for a lomg time and it's very easy. Call us, we'll walk you through it. It's quick and easy.
How did you get started in this business?
My grandparents owned a drapery and carpet cleaning company here that they started in 1936. We are carrying on the family business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work within every budget. We have customers that are large commercial all the way to small homeowners.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a company in your area of expertise?
Ask people around you for a referrel. Most of the time we are the company people refer to.
What questions should customers think through before talking to companies about their needs?
Make sure you get truck mounted steam cleaning. It is the only form of cleaning the manufacturer wants on a carpet and the only kind that removes dirt and oils. Anything that says dries in 1 to 2 hours or "natural" is a chemical cleaning and does not work. Truck mounted steam cleaning is the only form of cleaning you can use to maintain your warranty.
