What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get in contact with the customer and asked a couple of questions regarding the type of work they would like done. After that I provide them the estimate of the cost. If possible I can also show up at their home to take at look at the job needed to be done and provide an estimate in person. If an agreement is reached with the customer, then an appointment is made to get the work done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience working as a technician in reputable companies such as Stanley Steemer and Coit. I also training ni with Stanley Steemer training program.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Note: This are the base prices for cleaning.
Carpet: $47 per area to a maximum of 300 sq ft. (There is a minimum of $90 per job)
Tile, wood floor, and stone: $0.75 per sq ft. (There is a minimum of $125 per job)
How did you get started in this business?
I started working for Stanley Steemer eleven years ago.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have experienced working with all typed of customers. I have worked with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advice to a customer to look for those with experience on this type of work.
