What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk on the phone and address your concerns to come up with an accurate quote. At the time of your appointment we will do a walk through with you before we begin to make sure we are on the same page.

First two rooms are $99 additional rooms are $30 each. Major stain and odor treatment or furniture moving services are additional
How did you get started in this business?
I started working for a friend who owned a carpet cleaning company and realized it was a lot of fun and I wanted to make a career out of it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers from lower class to upper class both residential and commercial.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please check reviews on yelp. Many review sites people fake reviews but yelp has an algorithum that figures that out in most cases. If prices seem to good to be true they probably are.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
ask about hidden fees like fuel surcharges, travel fees, service charges etc. Many companies have those but we do not. The price we tell you is the price you pay.
