What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost is communicating and understanding what work the customer actually needs/wants done. From there an educated meeting between customer and business takes place to discuss different products, services, and pricing. After generating a bid for work, we allow the customers a few days to mull over the bid before reaching out to answer any questions. After agreed upon and signed bid, schedule for install, labor, clean up, and post job inspection take between 1-3 weeks depending on time of year as well as work needing to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
40+ years in the remodel, home building industry. Masters Roofing has been around for a long time now. We have seen and worked on just about anything you can imagine. Although we have recently (past 10 years) become more structured towards roofing, we still have a lot of knowledge in the field of construction.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Every house is different. Our pricing is doesn't change in terms of cost for goods. More so size of job (sq ft) and time for labor/resources needed to complete job.
How did you get started in this business?
The owner Chuck Dominguez has been building houses for his whole life. It is all he has known and loved to do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We are happy to work with any and every customer that reaches out to us. We have worked on rural farm houses to inner city mansions; wealthy upper class to lower income hard working families. Our goal is provide a quality service to everyone.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We were the first roofing company in the Pacific Northwest to install CertainTeed GrandManor product on a home. It is always an accomplishment to not only be the first to do something in the area, but to be able to do it at the 5 star quality that we hold ourselves too.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You get what you pay for. We are well aware of our competitors in the area, and we are well aware of the work they put out. We are not the quick cheap option. We are the long lasting, customer satisfaction, family owned business.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
None. We are at the ready to answer any and all questions you might have (no matter how bad you think they might be)!
