What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get to know our clients over the phone or email and find out what their needs are. Then we set up a cleaner to be able to get out to the home and deliver to their exact needs and expectations. Once we have established a relationship, our clients are very happy with our services and we continue to go back regularly and keep up their home so they can focus on other things. We quickly gather the info we need for a tailor made clean so we can deliver great service as often as our clients need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years of house cleaning experience and have taken multiple courses in business. In addition to personal coaches and mentors, most importantly, I am always listening to what our clients are saying today and using this to shape us into a better service every day.

We have a base pricing model that we follow and are always striving to charge slightly less than competitors while also paying our cleaners a living wage.
How did you get started teaching?
House cleaning is something my family has done for a long time. I just continued the tradition.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We offer recurring service to many homeowners in the South Sound, Seattle and Eastside regions as well as move-in cleaning, move-out cleaning, apartment cleaning, construction cleaning, offices and commercial buildings. We work with a large variety of people from all backgrounds and lifestyles. We love the variety in the outer Sound area and enjoy all kinds of people and projects.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love the stories that come with a new baby or a move. There always is one and it usually gets shared and can actually help us know how we can best deliver a perfect outcome for the situation. Weather it's keeping the cost down because of a disagreement between a property manager and tenant, helping a new mother do a spring clean, or setting the stage for a realtor to get a home looking great for the market. Yet most of our cleans are to help with basic deep cleaning every other week so that our clients can spend more time doing the things they love.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Call us! We have won several awards. We guarantee our work, and our cleaners are with us long term and care about being connected and caring for our clients.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Do I want just deep cleaning or do I need beds made, dishes washed and clothes folded? Is your company licensed, bonded and insured? Do you do background checks? What is the most important thing for me in a cleaning service? Also what, if missed, would make me feel like I should have done it myself?
