My service is one to be reckoned with because I challenge myself on each project. I am my own competition. That will always set you apart from all others. And my circle is very small. Other than my office assistants, I have no employees. I often work alone and seldomly hire extra help when needed. I WILL NOT step into anyone's home WITHOUT first putting on shoe covers. That is my personal policy. To me, that coincides with a good first impression. And a first impression is everything to me and my company's appeal. I have been told that I am methodical and meticulous and I excel when faced with a tedious task. And it shows throughout the quality of my work. I refuse to leave a customer with anything less.
I will not do anything that I, myself, do not have a passion for. So trust me when I say, I love making people smile. I love the end result whenever I perform a task or chore and I get to hear the joy in the customers voice. I get to see that happiness, and in some cases, the relief in customers faces. I just love to help and be of service in any way possible! And it shows throughout my work detail.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have no typical process as nothing is routine with my company. My company isn't constructed to operate most companies already do. Every customer has separate wants and/or needs and every situation is different from the next or the last. So my approach is meticulous and precise for each customer and I encounter and each project that I tackle. Listening to the customers ideas, wants, must-haves and all is crucial to my success because I always perform a task to the customers liking. No room for errors. I also take pride in all that I do. Therefore, you know I won't fail when I take on a project. My work is my guarantee. And it shows!
