What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Costomers will either send photos and descriptions of the work they need (depending on if scope of work is able to be conveyed) for an immediate estimate or we can work out a time to come take a look in person (with or without the property owner depending on preference).
In the following days a list of the specified labor/ materials will be written up with an estimated price range for both and sent via text and email (or whatever is preferred).
If the estimate is agreed to we will schedule the work for the soonest availability :)
