What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process to work with a new customer is easy and smooth. After agreed to a price (estimate) we sign contract and proceed to schedule the soonest we can to get the job completed. We also ask for half the total to purchase the material needed. After job is completed we ask for the other half.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified with certainTeed and are Shingle Master. Our crew is all certified and trained for roofing,siding etc.
