What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule an estimate appointment.
2. Email the estiamte.
3. When approved, schedule the work according to the customers availability and schedule.
4. Depending on the size of the job, a deposit prior to start may be required.
5. Bill customer for repairs/ project upon completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Class A contractor with over 20yrs of experience in turn key remodeling. We also have great customer service and care very much about our client, their budget, and their vision for the project. We take the time to really understand the final idea for the work, and so we help the client explore options for the vision that may be more cost effective or, give them a better result.
