What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need too provide you with an acurate quote, I notice that far too many times the quote changes on arrival. This is by far our biggest pet peive, we set a price and stick to it no running and jumping through any loop holes.

Carpet Cleaning 4 Rooms/Areas, 1 Stair set, 2 hallways, Pet Urine/Feces Odor Removal. This Job stands out a little more than others just on the fact that the customers were in awe. They had a terrible smell in the home due to an old cat not being able to get too the littler box. By the time I left they couldn't have been more estatic about te services that we provided.
