How did you get started in this business?
I cleaned carpet in college. I started the business over 10 years ago to provide support for my family. I am a certified high end deep cleaning specialist that offers many expert skills in flooring not all listed.
What types of customers have you worked with?
$10m homes in Park City but really homes apartments and commercial all along the spectrum. Many investment property owners love my services as I can do everything.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Choose an owner/operator (like me) because you get someone that cares and has a significant investment in making their business successful.
Only choose Hot Water Extraction aka Steam Cleaning with a Van using a Truck mount and using a rotary at the end of the vacuum hose as opposed to a wand.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Carpet typically dries in 4 to 6 hours with windows open, ac off and ceiling fans on.
Avoid quick buck artists that push add on services like vent cleaning, counter top sealing, carpet protector for polyester carpet (nylon carpet benefits from carpet protector).
