What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all ,we need to identify the needs of the customers, as well as the type of fibers we are going to work on, whether is natural fibers such wool or synthetic fibers such as polyester either carpets or rugs and upholstery
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carpet cleaning certification, chemicals handling procedures, commercial , residential and upholstery cleaning experience

Our minimum jobs are $80 ( if it is 30 miles from our location orem, we add $15 ) this will cover at leats 2 areas up to 350 sq ft ,wich typically covers for 2 standard room size
How did you get started in this business?
About 6 years ago helping another carpet cleaning company ,then i just got very passionate about all this industry, i started to study ,getting certified and getting my own equipment to start buliding my portfolio, i currently have over 120 customers all over utah and salt lake county, commercial and residential

Residential and commercial customers, warehouses ,buildings ,houses etc
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask them about what procedures they use and why they are using that, find out if the have more procees options and try to find out their reviews to make sure the company has a good reputation
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Procedures, chemicals grade, tools that they use, drying times , cleaning time frame
