The customer calls and describes there cleaning needs. We give them a estimate over the phone and schedule a time to have the work done. On the day we are scheduled to clean, we call when we are on our way. Once we arrive we calculate the exact cost then we do all requested cleaning.

We charge $.25 a sq/ft. and $3.50 per step. Most homes it works out to about $25 to $35 per room and $45.5 for a flight of steps

In the 9+ years we have been cleaning along the Wasatch front and back we have cleaned for thousands of clients. We clean restraints, retail stores, schools, large homes in park city, ranch homes in the Uintas, and residential homes through the valley.      

Recently I received a call from a client with a expensive wool rug that had numerous pet spots. 

the client was concerned that cleaning might damage the rug. We assured the client that we would not proceed with the cleaning if there was a chance of damage. Because there was a severe odor problem we took the rug to our shop. We where able to remove 95% of the discoloration and all of the odor. Needless to say the client was very pleased with our efforts.

Make sure they are licensed and insured. Go to the internet and check there reviews. Google, Yelp, Angie’s list are going to have reviews about the the kind of service you can expect.
