What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask a customer just what their needs are as I tend to use their own ideas as a blueprint. This is where the magic begins!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess an associates degree in horticulture as well as 35 for landscaping and 23 years experience in irrigation respectively.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I actually do not have standard pricing on our services due to the fact that each project has its own distinction and characteristics.
How did you get started in this business?
I began my landscaping interest as a youth in my family's yard and it took off from there. My irrigation career began at the famous Hall Sprinkler Company in Houston in 2001. I worked there for sixteen years and began my own business around that time which I ran part time while working there. My background was actually Journalism, but that's another story.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with the late Ken Lay of Enron, Richard Rousch of Rousch Racing, K.S. "Bud" Adams late owner of the Oilers/ Titans, and most recently, Joel Osteen. I have serviced people from all walks of life and each and every one was always a great experience!
